Welcome to Womanly Grace. These terms and conditions outline the rules, policies, and responsibilities governing your use of our website and services. By using WomanlyGrace.com or placing an order through our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.


1. Our Services

Womanly Grace offers the following services:

  • Custom Tailoring Services: Personalized stitching of Pakistani clothing based on customer-provided measurements.
  • Package Consolidation & International Shipping: Consolidation of multiple parcels and shipping to international addresses.
  • Shopping Assistance (Optional): We help you purchase items from Pakistani vendors when requested.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent/guardian to use our services. By engaging with Womanly Grace, you confirm that you meet this requirement.


3. Orders & Payments

  • Tailoring Orders: All tailoring orders must be prepaid in full. Customers must provide accurate written measurements. If measurements are provided incorrectly or incompletely, Womanly Grace is not liable for fitting issues. We offer one free alteration only when errors are due to clearly documented measurement mistakes.
  • Consolidation & Shipping: You are responsible for paying shipping and any related customs fees. Shipments will not be dispatched until payment is confirmed.
  • Shopping Assistance: For purchases made on your behalf, full advance payment (product price + service fee) is required. We are not liable for vendor errors, delays, or fraud, but we will provide receipts and assist in dispute resolution.

4. Measurement & Fabric Guidelines

  • Written measurements submitted through email, WhatsApp, or our form are used for tailoring. Verbal instructions are not considered valid.
  • Fabric Damage Disclaimer: If we discover damage to fabric before stitching, we will notify you. We are not liable for costs related to defective fabric received from third-party vendors or couriers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

While we aim for timely dispatch and delivery, external factors like customs clearance, courier delays, and local holidays may cause disruptions. Womanly Grace is not responsible for delays once your parcel is handed to a shipping provider.

We provide shipping updates and tracking where available, but final delivery responsibility lies with the courier service.


6. Returns, Refunds & Alterations

  • Tailoring Services: Due to the customized nature of the service, we do not offer refunds. If the error is due to incorrect measurements submitted in writing, one free alteration is available. Alterations may not be possible for certain styles or heavily embroidered garments.
  • Shipping & Consolidation: No refunds are offered once a package is dispatched. Lost or delayed shipments are the courier’s responsibility, and we will assist in following up on claims.
  • Shopping Assistance: Returns or refunds are not applicable unless the vendor clearly states a return policy. We are not responsible for damaged, fake, or incorrect products from third-party sellers.

7. Customer Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete information at the time of ordering.
  • Confirm addresses, names, and details before shipment.
  • Be aware of import regulations and customs duties in your country.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on WomanlyGrace.com, including logos, text, images, and service descriptions, is the property of Womanly Grace and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.


9. Limitation of Liability

Womanly Grace is not responsible for:

  • Vendor errors or counterfeit goods.
  • Courier-related damage, loss, or delivery delays.
  • Incorrect user-submitted data or measurement errors.

Our total liability shall never exceed the total amount paid by you for the affected service.
