How does Womanly Grace work?
We're a studio in Lahore with two services. Tailoring: you choose a design and send your measurements, and we stitch it to fit. Consolidated shipping: you order from any Pakistani store using our address, and we ship everything to you in one box. Open a request online, we send a quote, and nothing is charged until you approve it.
Which countries do you ship to?
The UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK, the USA, Canada and Australia, with more on request. Message us if your country isn't listed.
How long does delivery take?
As a guide, about 5 to 8 working days to the UAE and Saudi Arabia, 7 to 12 to the UK, the USA and Canada, and 10 to 14 to Australia, once your box ships. Stitching time is extra and depends on the design. Busy seasons, like the weeks before Eid, can take longer.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. Message us on WhatsApp to approve your quote and we'll share our bank details there. Send the receipt in the same chat and we usually confirm the payment within a working day.
Will I have to pay customs duty?
Some countries charge import duty or tax on some parcels. These are set by your country's customs, not by us. Ask us on WhatsApp before you order and we'll tell you what to expect for your country.
Can I order from any Pakistani brand?
Yes: any store or brand that delivers within Pakistan, from Khaadi and Sana Safinaz to small boutiques. Our stores guide lists popular brands and when they hold sales.
What if my outfit doesn't fit?
We stitch to your measurements and our form checks them for common mistakes. If something is off because of our work, message us on WhatsApp with photos and we'll arrange the alteration.
Can I order matching outfits for a wedding or the whole family?
Yes. Start a group order: you describe the event and the look, and share one link so everyone adds their own measurements. We send one quote, stitch everything together and ship it in one box.
Do you work with boutiques and resellers?
Yes. We stitch to standard sizes, source unstitched suits from brands and markets, and ship bulk orders for shops abroad. There's no fixed minimum; send us a wholesale enquiry to start.
Can I send an outfit as a gift?
Yes. Tick "This is a gift" on your request: we ship to the recipient, leave prices out of the box and write your note on a card.
Can I see prices in my own currency?
Yes. Choose your currency at the top of any page. Prices are set in UAE dirhams and converted at daily rates.
Will I talk to a real person?
Always. Every request is handled by our team in Lahore, on WhatsApp and email. Customers can also sign in to My requests with a link sent to their email to see all their orders.
