Around the fullest part of the chest, tape parallel to the floor.
Around the natural waist, the narrowest point, usually just above the navel.
Around the widest part of the hips, about 7 to 9 inches below the waist.
Across the back, from one shoulder tip to the other.
From the shoulder seam to where you want the sleeve to end.
Around the arm where it joins the shoulder, through the armpit.
Around the fullest part of the upper arm, arm relaxed.
From the top of the shoulder, at the neck, to where the shirt should end.
From the waist down the outside of the leg to the ankle.
From the crotch down the inside of the leg to the ankle. Mainly for fitted trousers.
From the base of the neck at the shoulder to where the neckline should sit.
e.g. Me, Mum or Ayesha. Next time, sign in to My requests and reuse them. Leave empty not to save.
