Planning Your Eid Outfits from Abroad: A Simple Timeline

· 2 min read

Brands launch Eid collections early and tailors get busy fast. A step-by-step timeline for ordering, stitching and shipping your Eid outfits from Pakistan, so they arrive in time.

Every year it is the same story: the Eid collections launch, the best prints sell out, tailors in Pakistan fill up, and couriers get busy just as everyone wants their parcels. If you live abroad, the difference between a calm Eid and a stressful one is usually just starting a few weeks earlier.

Here is a simple plan, working back from Eid day.

6 to 8 weeks before Eid: choose and order

Pakistani brands release their Eid and festive collections well before Eid, and popular designs sell out quickly.

  • Browse the collections and order your unstitched suits as soon as you have decided.
  • Use our address in Pakistan at checkout, with your name and WG reference on each order. You get both when you send a shipping request or a tailoring request.
  • Ordering for the whole family? Put everyone in one request, with a note of whose measurements are whose.

5 to 6 weeks before: measurements and design

While the fabric is on its way to us, get the details ready.

  • Take fresh measurements. Even small changes since last year can affect the fit.
  • Collect pictures of the designs you like and note what you would change: neckline, sleeve length, shirt length.
  • Send everything with your request so stitching can start as soon as the fabric arrives.

3 to 5 weeks before: stitching

Stitching time depends on the dress and its design. As a guide, most everyday outfits take under 10 days once we have the fabric, measurements and payment; heavily embroidered formals take longer. Before Eid, everyone is busy, so we confirm the time when your order is finalised. That date is the one to plan around.

2 to 3 weeks before: shipping

Once your outfits are stitched and any other parcels have arrived, we pack everything into one box, weigh it and send you the quote. After you approve it and pay, the box ships with tracking. Delivery times vary by country and are busier before Eid, so check the current estimate in our shipping calculator and leave a little room for customs.

Eid week: try on and enjoy

When the box arrives, try everything on straight away. If something is wrong because of our work, message us on WhatsApp with photos and we will help put it right.

Quick checklist

  • Eid collections chosen and ordered, with WG reference on each order
  • Measurements taken for everyone
  • Design pictures and notes sent
  • Quote approved for stitching
  • Shipping quote approved and tracking number received

The timings here are a guide. Busy seasons and detailed designs can take longer, so if you are cutting it fine, message us on WhatsApp before you order and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
